Specialty Classes



A new and exciting class is offered every six to eight weeks.  Some upcoming classes include:
 

     

Spinning

Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualizaiton of an outdoor cycling workout. It's a great workout to boost your cardiovascular ability.

Times Mondays 5-6 am; Tuesdays 6-7 pm; Thursdays 5-6 am and 7-8 pm; Saturdays 7-8 am
Cost $30 (six week session)
$55 (twice weekly sessions)
